At Payroll & HR Services, you will serve large clients together with a small team. In this role, as a Payroll Professional (VPS), it is up to you to take the next step in your career, where you will commit yourself to mentoring juniors and expanding our services.

Independently, professionally, and with a service-oriented mindset, you act as an advisor to our clients and perform tasks in the field of complex payroll administrations. You also maintain contact with clients regarding the approach, processing, and progress of the work. You advise clients on the application of collective labor agreements (CAOs), the setup of payroll, and tax-friendly compensation components. On top of that, you are the go-to person for colleagues at the branch when it comes to payroll and are co-responsible for the performance of the employees in your team. Most clients are in the larger SME segment with a multitude of different CAOs.
