Product Information Manager

Do you ensure that product information is correct, complete, and available exactly at the right time?

As Product Information Manager, you are responsible for managing, enriching, and improving product information within various systems. You work closely with Sales, After-Sales, Product Management, and external data partners.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• creating, modifying, and enriching articles and product data in systems such as SAP, CPQ, and other applications;
• processing material and price changes for the Belgian market;
• coordinating and handling inquiries regarding article and product information in a timely manner;
• analyzing datasets and identifying discrepancies to structurally improve data quality;
• standardizing and optimizing processes to reduce manual work and exceptions;
• deploying automation and AI to make data management smarter, faster, and more scalable;
• acting as a backup for the Dutch market.

At Remeha, you play an important role in making reliable product information available to customers, installers, partners, and colleagues. Thanks to your work, new products can be introduced quickly and expired quotes and orders can be processed without delay.

In a market where product, environmental, and compliance data are becoming increasingly important, you will get the opportunity to improve data quality, optimize processes, and use technology smartly.

You are analytical, accurate, and enjoy bringing structure to complex information. At the same time, you understand the importance of reliable product information for the business.

In addition, you have:

• a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• a few years of experience in an administrative, financial, or data-related role;
• excellent knowledge of Excel;
• experience with SAP; experience with InRiver PIM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus;
• good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus;
• a proactive work attitude and affinity with technology, automation, and AI.
