AI-Agent Consultant

• You have a passion for building smart solutions and developing Agents that add real value.

• You already have experience with the Power Platform and specifically Microsoft Copilot Studio. Knowledge of Azure, AI Foundry, and OpenAI is certainly a plus.

• You can logically link data and systems and can unlock information for use in Agents.

• You can guide and advise organizations in drafting and deploying clear guardrails and guidelines for the safe and responsible use of Agents.

• You are analytically strong, eager to learn, and closely follow the latest developments regarding Agents and AI.

• You get energy from collaborating, thinking along, and sharing knowledge within the team, while simultaneously showing ownership, communicating independently with stakeholders, and working towards project goals.

• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or C# is a plus, but not a must.

• You want to continue developing yourself and never consider your learning finished.

• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a requirement

As an Agent Consultant, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of intelligent Agents within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem. You will guide organizations in optimally developing and adopting Agents that add real value and contribute to organizational goals.

• Designing, building, and optimizing Agents that add real value and digitize and automate business processes.

• Making data accessible for Agents, so they perform reliably, securely, and efficiently. You won't build the data yourself, but you know exactly how to link and connect to and from the Agent.

• Setting up clear guardrails and guidelines, so that organizations can work with Agents safely and responsibly.

• Advising customers on responsible Agent use, including adoption, change management, and guiding teams that are working with and developing Agents for the first time.

• Actively collaborating with your data platform colleagues to optimally utilize the flows via the central platform.

• Collaborating with customers to reach the best solutions and to share knowledge.
