And what are the relevant developments? You fathom how a company is structured. And you see how processes can be improved. You tailor your advice to that. You listen well, identify trends, and translate them into top-notch service.

In addition, you lead your team with enthusiasm. You ensure that the junior manager, supervisors, and assistants can do their work and fully develop themselves. Also, in interplay with the junior manager, you check the financial administration and annual accounts before they go to the client.
