SAP Key User Operations

• You have extensive and demonstrable experience with SAP systems within a complex production or process environment
• You are a connector who quickly understands processes and enthusiastically engages factory employees in digital changes
• You easily maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and possess excellent command of the Dutch and English languages

Within Aviko, we are making the transition to SAP S/4HANA: a crucial step for the renewal of our production environment. As SAP Key User Operations, you report to the Business Controller Operations. You will land in an international, informal team in which you work closely with the shop floor, Supply Chain, and IT to successfully guide this major change.

• You map out the production processes and bottlenecks to thoroughly prepare the SAP implementation for the Operations departments
• You draw up a tight implementation plan and carefully coordinate this with ICT and local production management
• You guide the factories during and after the go-live, while closely monitoring progress, planning, and results
• You are the fixed point of contact for users and local Key Users and solve software issues together with them
• You provide targeted support and training and bridge the gap between the factory floor and the IT department
