Think of challenging inner-city projects such as the redevelopment of the Eindhoven Zuid station area. An area transforming with new residential towers, businesses, and everything that goes with it: from sewage to street works and asphalt. For our East Brabant / central Limburg region, we are looking for a Senior Site Planner who loves variety. You will get the chance to work on both local projects and larger, complex works. As a Senior Site Planner, you are the connecting factor within the project team. Together with the project manager and (head) site manager, you ensure a smooth and predictable execution of our projects. You maintain the overview, think ahead, and switch gears quickly when necessary. Your work is dynamic, varied, and of great importance to the success of every project.

This is what you will primarily be busy with:

• You monitor the planning, quality, processes, and the budget of your projects.
• You are the linchpin within the project team and react quickly to bottlenecks or changes.
• You support the site manager and ensure that everything is arranged on time in terms of procurement and preparation.
• You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and permit authorities. You ensure good communication and coordination.
• You actively think along about opportunities for improvement and also take on parts of the site preparation yourself.

• A completed technical education.
• Preferably work experience as a site planner, site manager, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of administrative processes and of contract forms such as UAV and UAV-GC.
• You are communicatively skilled and have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
