Landscape Architect (10+ years experience)

• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience;

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);

• You have a completed degree in the field of landscape design or landscape architecture (HBO or academic);

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Vectorworks is a plus.

As part of the Landscape team, you will work at KCAP alongside urban designers and architects on area developments, transformations, waterfronts, parks, and campuses. You will work on both masterplans and area visions as well as the realization of landscape projects. Together with a Partner and/or Associate Partner, you will oversee projects and maintain contact with clients and stakeholders. As a landscape architect and project leader, you are responsible for the content and the process of one or more projects. Duties include:

We work with a team of dedicated landscape designers on urban landscape projects. Our extensive experience with complex and highly urban environments enables us to consistently and coherently implement visionary ideas and concepts through to the realization of outdoor spaces. KCAP's landscape team excels in creating sustainable living environments where buildings and outdoor spaces function naturally together. We design landscapes for the future in which climate adaptation and nature inclusivity are an inherent part of every design brief. Our interventions are characterized by uncomplicated, appropriate interventions in the landscape, a distinct materialization, and careful detailing.

• Stadshavens (Groningen) – public space for a new urban district with 3,300 homes

• Waalkwartier & Honigcomplex (Nijmegen) – design of the public space along the Waal

• Roerdelta (Roermond) – integral area development with 400 homes, marina, landscape park, and flood defense

• Bratislava (Slovakia) – park at a 220-meter high residential tower

• Midfield (Luxembourg) – new urban district with squares and a park above a highway
