Senior Special Assets Specialist

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking;
• WFT Basis, WFT Mortgage Credit, and WFT Wealth;
• At least 3 years of experience with special assets files;
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of special assets processes; Experience with the advisory process and potential restructuring possibilities;
• Experience with intensive customer contact and telephone contact with external parties such as bailiffs and administrators.

This position falls in scale 8, with a gross monthly salary between € 4,002.14 and € 5,336.18 (based on 36 hours per week). Furthermore, we offer:

As a Senior Special Assets Specialist at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you will dedicate yourself daily to customers facing financial challenges, with sincere attention and customized solutions.

What you will do

At ASN Bank, we believe that even customers in difficult times deserve to be helped with personal attention. As a senior special assets specialist, you will independently manage a portfolio of complex files, know how to get to the core of the problem, and work together with mortgage customers to find sustainable, appropriate solutions.

• You will conduct daily telephone contact with customers who have payment problems or expect financial concerns within 12 months
• You will independently manage complex files and develop customized solutions within our policy
• As secretary, you will participate in credit committees and provide input for complaint management
• You will fulfill a coordinating and coaching role within the team and act as a driver for improvements
• In irreparable situations, you will carefully transfer files to the colleague responsible for property sales

Collections & Recovery is a dynamic, people-oriented department in motion.
