What we're looking for

- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental legislation, permits, and incident investigation; experience with root cause analyses is a plus;

The role
As an experienced HSE professional, do you want to tackle complex safety and environmental issues and realize structural improvements? As an HSE Coordinator, you will make a difference through expert advice, thorough analyses, and a consistent HSE approach at our locations.
As an HSE Coordinator at Arvato, you are the subject matter expert for complex issues in the field of Health, Safety & Environment. You perform HSE audits, assess risks, and independently advise on appropriate measures and priorities.
As an HSE Coordinator, you take technical leadership in complex HSE issues. You assess risks and processes, guide investigations, and translate findings into sustainable improvements across various locations.
What you'll do
- Performing HSE audits, assessing complex risk inventories and evaluations (RI&Es), and analyzing risk issues;
- Independently advising on complex HSE issues and advising management on structural risks and priorities;
- Guiding investigations into serious incidents, including root cause analyses and the follow-up of corrective measures;
- Monitoring the quality and consistency of HSE processes across locations, and coaching HSE colleagues as a technical sparring partner;
- Leading complex improvement trajectories, monitoring implementation, and supporting HSE projects;
Additionally, you deal with the process surrounding gas measurements and the assessment of measurement results, permits and insurance requirements, and contact with competent authorities or the Environmental Service. You also handle invoicing and administrative follow-up. Waste management at the Gennep location is also among your responsibilities.
