Do you like laying the foundation for the activities that must be carried out at various new construction sites? Are you the one who maintains an overview when construction schedules change? As a work preparer, you are the linchpin who makes a project a success!
We are looking for a work preparer with a proactive attitude who achieves results through organization and collaboration, ensuring that Vodafone Ziggo can connect its customers in new construction homes in a timely manner. Due to the unique combination in this role, you play a crucial role in the timely realization of connections; together with colleagues, you also ensure that the network unlocking and cable routes on and to the new construction locations are realized on time. What are you going to do?:
You perform excavation notifications in the WOW
You perform Klic notifications, including handling EV (precautionary requirement)
You create insight into traffic measures
You support the handling of Mijnaansluiting.nl requests
You manage the material flow within the project
You maintain contact with subcontractors
Together with engineering colleagues, you ensure that designs and drawings are ready for execution in a timely manner; after project completion, you ensure the timely delivery of revisions and the handover of projects
You ensure that project data is recorded correctly in our systems, so that reports are always accurate
In your role as a work preparer, you ensure a good handover to execution. You are the primary contact and the linchpin for the internal participants of our connections and projects, and you know how to connect interests and translate them into actionable plans. You interact daily with various stakeholders (both internal and external) within the process, such as the project manager / project leader, engineers, executors, builders, property developers, and government authorities.

You have an MBO level of work and thought.
You have (some) experience with the aforementioned activities.
You are communicatively skilled and stand firm in your shoes.
You work in a structured manner and know how to utilize various tools for this.
You are a team player but can also work well independently.
You are good at coordinating and know how to distinguish the essential from the non-essential.

A salary between €3,146 and €3,651 based on 38 hours, in accordance with the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek (Collective Labour Agreement for Small Metal and Engineering).
25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, based on full-time employment.
8% holiday allowance.
A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
A company phone and laptop.
The possibility to work hybrid, with a home office allowance of €2.45 per day.
