  • A technical education, or a strong affinity with technology.

Nice to have

  • Preferably experience in a similar position.

The role

In this role, you will be present at project locations daily and manage the execution of fiber and coax projects. You monitor the progress and quality of civil, assembly, and connection works and ensure that production is realized according to agreement.
You are the first point of contact on location and communicate continuously with technicians, subcontractors, colleagues from planning and work preparation, and external stakeholders such as municipalities, provinces, and other involved authorities. In case of deviations, you intervene immediately and coordinate with the client to reach a suitable solution. Additionally, you ensure correct administrative recording, including cost registration and progress reporting.

What you'll do

Together with the other supervisors within the B2B / Deploy work package, you are responsible for the execution of activities by our subcontractors within the northernmost working area of the Netherlands, focusing on Noord-Holland and surrounding regions.

During execution, you are the first point of contact on location. You manage technicians and subcontractors and ensure that civil, assembly, and connection works within fiber and coax networks are correctly executed and delivered according to the specified quality requirements.

You maintain close contact with colleagues from planning and work preparation and coordinate daily to safeguard the progress of projects. Additionally, you liaise with external stakeholders such as municipalities, provinces, and other involved authorities to properly align permits, execution, and any potential bottlenecks.

When disruptions occur, you are the one who acts quickly and goes to the site to assess and resolve the situation. You monitor the quality of execution and ensure that agreements are met.

In this position, you work approximately 70% on location and 30% on administrative tasks.

By nature, you are eager to learn, proactive, independent, and customer-oriented. You get energy from working outdoors, with your "feet in the clay," and you know how to achieve the best results together with others.
