As a Reconstruction Supervisor, you are responsible for the management and quality of civil, assembly, and connection works within your work area. You get energy from a varied role in which you switch between field execution and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Together with the other supervisors within the Reconstructions work package, you are responsible for the execution of activities by our subcontractors in the Northern Netherlands. You are the first point of contact on location and ensure that work is carried out safely, according to schedule, and according to the specified quality requirements. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from planning and work preparation and maintain contact with municipalities, provinces, and other involved authorities.
In this position, you work approximately 70% of your time outdoors and 30% on administrative tasks. You switch quickly when disruptions occur and take charge to assess and resolve situations. As a Reconstruction Supervisor, you continuously monitor the progress and quality of the work.
You manage technicians and subcontractors during the execution of reconstruction works.
You monitor the quality, progress, and compliance with agreements within projects.
You coordinate activities with planning, work preparation, and external stakeholders.
You assess disruptions on location and ensure appropriate solutions.
You ensure correct delivery according to the specified quality requirements.
You work within the Reconstructions work package in the Northern Netherlands. Together with other supervisors, you are responsible for the execution of activities by subcontractors within the work area. Cooperation, coordination, and the collective realization of a high-quality end result are central to this.
