New Build Engineer in the Netherlands

Do you want to work on the infrastructure of tomorrow? As an Engineer at Allinq, you will design the networks needed to connect entire residential areas.

As an Engineer, you are responsible for designing fiber-optic and coaxial networks. You translate project information into concrete and actionable designs.
You work on both conceptual designs and detailed elaborations. In doing so, you ensure that your designs are technically sound and practically feasible. You analyze routes, assess risks, and make choices that influence the construction of the network. You look not only at the design, but also at the execution: if your design is good, things run smoothly in the field.

You work intensively with project leaders, planners, and execution teams. You ensure that they can build based on your design and that all necessary information is available. You look critically at how things can be improved. You identify areas for improvement in processes and actively contribute to optimizing the engineering process.

The work requires technical insight, accuracy, and the ability to switch between detail and overview.

You have a technical background and get energy from solving complex problems.

• Affinity with telecom, cables and pipes, or infrastructure;

• Good communication skills.

Furthermore, you receive:

• A salary between € 3,664 and € 4,264 based on 38 hours, according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, based on full-time employment.

• 8% holiday allowance.

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
