As a Claims Administrative Assistant, you will dive into our damage files. Think of reports of damage during the installation of fiber optics or something that was accidentally broken at a project location. You register new files, check whether we or a subcontractor are responsible, and ensure that the correct action is initiated. In doing so, you follow the process, but you always think a step ahead: what is really going on? You complete the puzzle.
You maintain an overview of what is ongoing, what is still pending, and what can be sent to a subcontractor. With your sharp eye and structured way of working, you will quickly get the stack of files under control.
The files arrive from project leaders and clients in the work damage inbox. Thanks to you, these files are handled neatly and completely. Most of it is administrative work, but should you have legal knowledge, it will come in handy if something needs to be investigated.
