Are you commercially minded, crazy about stores, and do you want to contribute to the way large brands come to life in the shop? At Etos, you will get the chance to gain experience in the Formula department, where we work on the appearance, layout, and brand experience of more than 550 Etos stores.

You will learn how a large retail company makes choices at the intersection of commerce, customer behavior, and design.

What are you going to do?
As a Format store layout intern, you will participate in the development and implementation of new store concepts. You will be actively involved in projects and work together with various departments such as marketing, purchasing, and store operations. Think of:

• Collaborating on the introduction of new brands in the store (such as E.L.F.).
• Coordinating between stores, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Providing presentations, updates, and support for formula projects.
• Thinking along about store improvements and customer experience.

• Store experience is a plus!
