The role

As an intern in Team Online, you will put yourself in the shoes of these customers and you will deal with matters that ensure these customers leave the online shop satisfied. With a well-filled shopping basket, of course! You are not there to fetch coffee, quite the opposite! The team is open to your input and there are plenty of new projects to keep you busy independently.

What you'll do
- Collaborating with the most fun online team and the purchasing department for a perfect presentation of the assortment.
- Working with content on our website: both creating new pages and optimizing pages in the area of SEO (search engine optimization for Google).
- Helping our online customers who encounter problems with a good solution.
- Thinking along and improving existing processes.
- Enthusiastic with a healthy dose of humor.
- A true team player, you enjoy working in a team.
- Meticulous and you love to work in an organized manner.
- Someone who thinks just one step further than what is asked of you.
- A problem solver: you do not shy away from a challenge.
How you'll work
In this position, you will work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.
