The Powder Tower department dries various liquid semi-finished products in batches for the packaging department. The Powder Tower Operator monitors the optimal functioning of the modern process equipment from the control room. The activities include, among others:

• Monitoring and controlling the production process;

• Following specifications and intervening and/or adjusting as necessary;

• Providing first-line maintenance and keeping the equipment and the workplace clean.

In addition, you will come up with improvement proposals to enhance the performance of the equipment and environmental factors and perform quality controls. You are also responsible for inventory management and coordinating preventive maintenance, and you monitor hygiene and safety according to the applicable GMP, safety, and operational regulations.

• You monitor and control the production process and the specifications and intervene as necessary.

• You are responsible for handling materials according to the work order.

• You maintain the workplace at a GMP-compliant level; you are always audit-ready.

• You ensure that all documentation is in order and appropriate to the parts of the process.

• You follow the quality guidelines and perform quality controls.

• Identifying and making proposals regarding possible improvements in the process and/or working methods.

• MBO 3 diploma in food technology/Vapro A,B.

• Knowledge and experience with drying towers.

• Specialized professional knowledge of maintenance management systems AS400, AMS, and Scada

• At least one year of work experience as an Operator.
