You are following a Bachelor's degree in the direction of Learning & Development / Educational Sciences, Applied Psychology, Pedagogy, or Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD), or a similar program.
You have an affinity for digital design and perhaps some experience already with developing e-learnings.
You feel comfortable working with an adult and diverse target group with varying backgrounds and education levels.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You can work both independently and as part of a team.
Keywords that describe you are: enthusiastic, creative, proactive, and accurate.
Because all communication during the internship - both oral and written - takes place in Dutch, a good command of the Dutch language is necessary.
In return for your commitment, you will receive an internship allowance of € 800,- gross per month (based on 40 hours per week).
Do you have innovative ideas about developing training and digital learning tools?
Do you get energy from designing e-learnings?
We would love to think along with you about the question "How do people learn?".
We are continuously working on improving our digital learning tools and training.
This involves training on themes such as communication and influencing (persuading).
As an intern, you will be able to collaborate on the (re)development and improvement of digital learning tools. In this way, you help us achieve an extra leap in quality.
During this internship, you will:
Participate within the team and collaborate with colleagues.
Participate in meetings with colleagues and stakeholders.
Observe training sessions and—where appropriate—deliver parts of training sessions.
Think along about new training sessions and e-learnings.
Of course, there is also room for your own initiative and ideas.
A pleasant learning environment in which you:
develops learning tools together with professionals;
increases your didactic skills;
learns to discuss and explain ideas and proposals clearly;
experiences what it is like to collaborate and realize goals;
uses your creativity and initiative to come up with new solutions.
Together with your internship supervisor, you will coordinate how you can work hybridly, with flexible working hours and the option to work partly from home on your internship assignment.
The Training team of the Data Collection sector manages the training of about 200 interviewers for CBS. This includes both telephone interviewers and field interviewers. This involves training in knowledge, skills, and attitude.
You will join a dedicated team of five colleagues. Diverse in age and background, which ensures a nice mix of experience, fresh ideas, and space for you to develop yourself.
This concerns an internship assignment and not a work experience placement. Before you begin the internship, we expect you to have an internship supervisor from your educational institution, with whom the internship has been coordinated and concrete learning objectives have been agreed upon.
This internship assignment is intended for students who are currently enrolled at an educational institution; graduates are not eligible.
