We are looking for an intern for Quality Systems Creating Glossary

Within Abbott, many abbreviations and definitions are used daily. Over the years, these have been recorded in various places. During this internship, you will develop a user-friendly digital glossary that helps employees quickly find the correct definitions and abbreviations. With this, you will make a direct contribution to standardization, knowledge sharing, and efficient working within the organization.

• Inventory abbreviations and definitions within the organization.
• Check and verify existing information with subject matter experts.
• Collect references and link them to definitions.
• Develop a digital glossary, preferably using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Establish a management process and maintenance manual.
• Provide advice on next steps for further standardization of documentation.
