Batch Log Auditor

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience within a regulated production environment.

• Experience with document control, quality processes, or GMP working methods is a plus.

• Experience with assessing and processing complex administrative data.

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree is a plus, but you have at least a completed MBO-4 diploma.

As a Batch Log Auditor, you are responsible for checking and reviewing batch documentation to ensure that production processes comply with internal quality standards, GMP guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations. You analyze complex production data, identify deviations, and support the assurance of the quality and integrity of our products.

You work independently within established procedures and guidelines, but are able to assess deviations and propose appropriate actions when necessary. With your critical eye, you contribute directly to a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment.

• Performing audits on batch records, batch logs, and associated production documentation.

• Checking documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GMP guidelines and internal procedures.

• Identifying, investigating, and documenting deviations, deficiencies, and inconsistencies.

• Analyzing complex data and identifying trends or recurring points of attention.

• Collaborating with Production, Quality Assurance, and other involved departments to resolve documentation issues.

• Ensuring timely completion of batch reviews to support product release.

• Contributing to continuous improvements of documentation processes and compliance activities.

• Preparing reports and supporting internal and external audits.
