• Salary: between € 4,940 and € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car-km for commuting, € 0.40 (€ 0.23 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, a full public transport allowance or—if more than 7,500 business km/year—an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

As a senior jurist, you are an indispensable link in the legal guidance of acquisition transactions, restructurings, partnerships, and/or general corporate law practice. You guide processes from a legal perspective from start to finish and work closely with advisors, accountants, tax advisors, and other specialists to realize the business goals of clients. Drafting transaction documents for an M&A process, guiding partnerships, legal due diligence, and advising are familiar territory for you.

You are a sparring partner for clients, colleagues, and international relations. Through your experience, you know how to reduce complex legal subject matter to clear advice that enables entrepreneurs to actually move forward. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further development of our legal practice. You follow relevant developments in laws and regulations, share your knowledge within the team, and guide less experienced colleagues in their professional growth.

• Advising national and international companies in the field of corporate law and contract law.

• Guiding and advising on (international) M&A transactions, restructurings, expansions, partnerships, and investments.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation.

• Advising on governance issues, shareholder relations, and corporate structures.

• Supporting legal due diligence and translating your findings into clear advice.

• Identifying legal risks and translating laws and regulations into practical solutions.

• Collaborating with tax, financial, and international specialists within and outside aaff.

• Guiding and coaching less experienced jurists.

• Following legal developments and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Thinking along about the further growth and positioning of the international legal practice.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of jurists and (international) tax advisors. Lines are short, the atmosphere is informal, and collaboration is central. Together, you support entrepreneurs who need a reliable advisor who makes legal complexity understandable.
