Grants and Communication Advisor

• Salary: up to € 4460 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many vacation days you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Whatever you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Space to learn during working hours: via our aaff academy or external training.

• Clear career path: with plenty of opportunities to specialize or move up.

• Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car kilometer for home-to-work trips, € 0.40 (€ 0.23 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, a full public transport allowance or, with more than 7,500 business kilometers per year, an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

• Allowance for working from home: € 2.40 per home-working day and a € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Annual € 200 vitality budget: for your mental and physical health and always access to the online platform OpenUp.

• Flexible leave savings: for a sabbatical, a longer trip, or time for yourself.

• Exchange holidays: choose two days that suit your religion or culture.

As a grants and communication advisor, you make grant knowledge accessible and understandable for everyone. Thanks to your sharp eye, you are the first to be aware of the latest trends and relevant laws and regulations. Because you want to be able to respond quickly to market developments and truly help entrepreneurs move forward. You work closely with a tight-knit and enthusiastic team of consultants. Additionally, you are the primary point of contact for the communication department when it comes to substantive input. And who knows, you might soon grow into the role of innovation consultant.

• You closely monitor national and European grant schemes and policy developments.

• You build and maintain clear databases, reports, and knowledge documents.

• You translate complex grant schemes into clear summaries, advice, and articles.

• You work closely with consultants to sharpen their information needs.

• You identify new opportunities and trends in the world of grants.

• You provide substantive input for communication and thus contribute to Epiic's online visibility.
