• You are the first point of contact for drivers with incoming goods;
• As the first link in the receiving process, you help determine further logistical success, ensuring drivers have minimal waiting times to unload goods;
• Daily, you ensure the correct archiving and registration of various documents, such as delivery documents and orders;
• Additionally, you work closely with the dispatch, order picking, and purchasing departments within the distribution center;
• You constantly coordinate with our drivers and are not afraid to address them where necessary, for example, if they are late;
• You are available (in consultation) at variable times and willing to work (on a rotating basis) on Saturdays and Sundays. (working hours: Monday to Friday between 06:00-18:00, Saturday and Sunday from 06:00-15:00).
