As an IT consultant, you feel completely at home in the world of IT and software development, and you are ready for a next step in which your project experience contributes to socially relevant initiatives. You understand the business, but also have a strong technical background and know exactly how an OTAP street works and how a development stack is constructed. Your strength lies in systematic and process-oriented thinking: you know exactly how to go from an idea to a final result, which steps are required for that, and how to explain them clearly to all stakeholders, from project managers and analysts to designers and developers.

You are driven by delivering quality and achieving concrete, valuable results for your clients. You prefer to do this together with your team, where your excellent communication skills are of great value! You are able to make technical IT solutions understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, thereby forming the essential interface between the client and the development team.

Your strength lies in designing and specifying software solutions based on business requirements. You are familiar with Microsoft environments and understand how applications such as Azure, Kubernetes, Entra ID, and tools like Postman function. You do not need to program, but you do understand software development and the processes and people behind it. You use your skills to monitor the entire process: from design and implementation to final delivery. In doing so, you continuously monitor quality and ensure that everything runs smoothly. • You have at least a WO (university) degree in a relevant field, e.g.: Technical Business Administration, Information Science, or related;

• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT Consultant;

• You are a systematic, process-oriented thinker. The steps toward a goal are just as important as the goal itself;

• You communicate easily and understandably;

• You speak clearly understandable Dutch and English.

• You may be completely yourself and do not need to conform to a certain image or stereotype. We like to see you as you are.
