With this request for quotation, the RIVM/IV-Organization, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, aims to acquire knowledge and labor capacity for supporting the Development department for the RIVM/IV-Organization. The Contracting Authority is looking for a: Senior ASP.NET developer.

For the implant adverse effects reporting center of the RIVM, the IV-organization is halfway through the construction of a new ICT system to support the work process. This new system consists of a reporting form and a back-office system for processing and analyzing the reports. The activities take place in a scrum team which further consists of product owners, front-end developers, a tester and a lead/back-end developer, assisted by an architect and administrators. For a proper fulfillment of this role, proactivity and initiative are required in proposing and implementing solution directions. Coordination and knowledge sharing are also of great importance to achieve a good result and a future-proof solution.
