The role

Merchandising forms the connecting link between our Design and Buying departments. Based on Merchandise analyses, for example, it is determined how many products we purchase and what the distribution will be between online and physical sales. With your own analyses based on our store and collection performance, you advise the Buying and Merchandise departments on purchase quantities and size range distribution, but you also determine the effectiveness of your stock and adjust where necessary/possible. The fun part about this is that your actions have a direct effect on the sales potential of an article.

As a Junior Merchandiser, together with your colleagues, you form the connecting link between creativity and commerce. You ensure that the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time and in the right place, is available both in our stores and online. You do this based on data and your commercial feeling.

You work daily on optimizing stock, turnover and margin. With your analyses of sales performance and stock levels, you advise our Buying and Merchandising departments on correct purchase quantities, size ranges, the distribution across the various sales channels and the correct replenishment quantities. The beautiful thing? What you decide today, you see reflected in the stores tomorrow!

This role is truly hands-on and you are fully involved in the operation. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes the work educational and challenging.

YOU WORK FOR WE®

We evaluate all applicants based on competencies, experience, and equal pay m/f/x.
