As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you are part of the Digital Trade Team and, together with your Online Category Manager, you are responsible for optimizing online conversion and presentation at both category and product levels. Based on daily (product) analyses (including using Contentsquare), input from the product divisions, and a sharp sense for fashion and product relevance, you ensure that the products in the WE Fashion webshop sell even better.

You achieve this by ensuring that our collection is presented perfectly day in and day out. Additionally, you set up promotions, analyze and process data regarding search behavior, and actively contribute ideas to further expand and improve our webshop and product recommendations.

Like no other, you know how to use Salesforce and the latest (AI-driven) tools within the field to make processes smarter and more efficient. Finally, with your knowledge of E-Commerce, you know how to offer the right content to the customer at the right moment, and you do this by continuously thinking from the customer's perspective. And not to be forgotten: you have a passion for fashion and a good sense for our products.

This role falls within the Digital Trade team (9 fte) and you report to one of the Online Category Managers who will help you realize our growth ambitions.
