As an Online Brand Merchandiser, you play a crucial role in the online success of our brands on Kruidvat.nl, Kruidvat.be, and Trekpleister.nl. You represent one of our online top suppliers and contribute to the further growth of their brands, both online and in our stores. In this versatile role, you work closely with the supplier and colleagues from Online Business, Marketing, Trading, and Logistics. You are the connecting link that ensures our products are always perfectly visible and findable.

No two days are the same. In the morning, for example, you present results to your contact person at the supplier and create new plans together. In the afternoon, you sit with the purchasing department to review and coordinate the annual planning of a category. Afterwards, you get to work behind the computer to ensure that a new product line is presented sharply on the website. You maintain the overview and drive the process.

What will you do in the position of Online Brand Merchandiser?

• Help build beloved brands! Together with colleagues from other departments, you work on the online growth and visibility of your supplier's brands. Customers know how to find these products well, and the assortment looks perfect on our websites.
• You are well informed about what is happening within the organization. You know both the plans of the purchasing team and those of Online Business. You act as an ambassador where necessary.
• You analyze and optimize the customer journey by converting information from, among others, turnover analyses, Contentsquare, and Google Analytics into improvement plans with which you provide direction to the optimization of the customer journey.
• You coordinate the (online) campaign calendar and deal with collecting and taking the necessary content live.
• You ensure online promotion optimization based on analyses and contribute to the launch of product introductions.
