Are you an experienced Shopify & CRO Specialist with a passion for smart webshop optimization? Do you have an eye for both brand experience and conversion? For a fast-growing, meaningful e-commerce player, we are urgently seeking extra capacity within the e-commerce team. Your analytical ability and sense of style will ensure a webshop where content, appearance, and returns come together.

This social enterprise sells unique products with a story: jewelry, cards, and gifts that work as "lucky tools." Everything is handmade by artisans in Nepal and India, so every purchase truly makes a difference. Meanwhile, the brand is growing rapidly and the webshop is the primary channel for international expansion.

Due to a capacity issue, there is now an urgent need for a freelance Shopify & CRO Specialist to provide hands-on support to the e-commerce team in optimizing the webshop. Not only by advising, but primarily by directly building, analyzing, and improving.

• Optimizing the Shopify webshop for conversion and brand experience

• Improving product presentation and merchandising

• Creating & optimizing landing pages for campaigns and gifting

• Analyzing data & translating it into concrete improvement actions

• Setting up, executing, and evaluating A/B tests

• Identifying and prioritizing conversion opportunities

• Maintaining a consistent online style that strengthens the brand story

• Providing practical relief to the e-commerce team with direct improvement actions
