As a Field Supervisor, you are responsible for managing and organizing the execution of KONE elevator modernization projects within your own district. You help improve the People Flow Experience in buildings and urban life. It is a dynamic role where, as a Field Supervisor, you are frequently on the road and visit the most diverse types of customers such as hospitals, hotels, office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, etc. Additionally, as a Field Supervisor, you lead a team of approximately 4 Modernization Technicians who perform the work on the elevators.

As a Field Supervisor, you are responsible for the relationship with your customers, technicians, and commercial objectives in both financial, technical, administrative, and HR areas. This includes:
Proactively visiting your customers and maintaining the relationship, during installation handovers, escalations, safety issues, product delivery, or other occurring matters.
The (financial) results of your own district, administering and reporting on the progress of the results to be achieved/achieved to the Installation Manager, and managing the planning/coordination;
Being the first point of contact and providing leadership to independently working technicians, conducting safety inspections and quality audits, conducting development and performance reviews, and organizing work meetings;
Acting as the linchpin within the organization and assigning and following up on actions from various internal departments (Backoffice, Sales, Academy, Engineering, etc.).
You have a result-oriented hands-on drive and a sense of entrepreneurship with an affinity for technology;
HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, preferably with a background in technology or construction;
Some experience in a leadership or supervisory role;
Experience in managing and organizing projects and coaching teams;
Good communication and commercial skills;
Good digital skills and administrative skills (handling systems), cost awareness, commercial and financial skills;
Stress-resistant, able to switch gears quickly, customer-oriented, and creative in solutions;
Residing in the Breda - Tilburg district (within a 30 km radius).
