Open Application in the Netherlands

Are you looking for a new challenge, but your ideal position is not among our current vacancies? Then feel free to send us an open application! At Bouwmaatschappij Ufkes Apeldoorn, we are always looking for motivated people with a passion for building, organizing, or supporting. Whether you are an experienced professional or just want to start your career, we would love to hear from you.

Within Ufkes, we enjoy working together and love people who are involved in what we do. With us, you will get all the space to show initiative and grow in your role.

With us, you can work as, among others, a Site Manager, Cost Estimator, Site Supervisor, or Planning Coordinator. In these roles, we are open to experienced candidates, but as a junior, you are also very welcome!

A great workplace where your craftsmanship counts; at Ufkes, you get the space to help build projects that truly matter. We are down-to-earth and involved, with all the benefits of a stable organization behind us. We want to continue to innovate and grow and therefore offer you plenty of opportunities—you just have to grab them! In addition to hard work, making fun together is also part of it! And therefore, in addition to a good salary, you can expect an incredibly beautiful package of secondary employment benefits from us!

This includes, among other things:

• A good pension scheme;

• Generous leave scheme for a good work-life balance;

• A bicycle plan, a great training budget, and access to the VolkerWessels Academy to keep developing yourself;

• A pleasant working atmosphere in a small team, with the security of a large corporation in the background;

• Friendly colleagues who regularly organize various activities, such as team outings, sports activities, drinks, and BBQs.

At Ufkes (part of VolkerWessels), we work on diverse residential construction projects, from conceptual to custom-made and transformation. We do this with enthusiasm and craftsmanship, and above all, with attention. By paying attention to the environment and the people, and by thinking along about solutions at an early stage, we are a committed partner for our clients.

Great, then we would love to meet you. Respond directly or feel free to ask some questions first. We look forward to your response!
