As a Railway Signaling Administrator..

What you'll do

You ensure that all signals, switches, and level crossings within the Zeeland region continue to function reliably on our railway network. You are responsible for performing inspections, maintenance work, and resolving (complex) malfunctions. Naturally, you do not do this alone, but in consultation with your direct colleagues, the malfunction coordinator, the work supervisor, and the work planner. In addition to performing maintenance work, you contribute ideas regarding technical challenges and support colleagues in their training process. Some things you don't learn in books; your years of practical experience help new administrators arrive at (even) smarter solutions!

What do we ask?

  • You have been working for several years as a Signaling Technician or Supervisor;

  • You have a high sense of responsibility and enjoy working independently;

  • You have the right skills to teach colleagues the tricks of the trade;

  • You reside in the Rotterdam/Zeeland/Zevenbergen area;

  • You are always looking at how things can be done better and smarter;

  • An immediate permanent contract
