The role

You design smart technical installations for utility projects, such as climate installations, cooling, heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities, and heat pumps. You create technical designs and calculations, draft specifications, and verify that everything complies with laws and regulations. You work closely with the BIM modelers, the project coordinator, and the project leader. In consultation with the BIM coordinator, you direct the modelers and check the technical execution. You also assess quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and serve as the contact person for technical coordination. Partly due to your commitment, an installation is created that not only works well, but is also smart and future-proof.

• Testing against standards, regulations, and inspection requirements

• Providing support to execution regarding technical questions
