• at least 3 years of experience in budgeting civil engineering (gww) projects in the field of RAW and/or UAV-GC. Experience in both infra and small-scale civil concrete construction is a plus; 
• knowledge of the market and of various contract forms; 
• entrepreneurial ability and initiative; 
• analytical ability; 
• customer-oriented attitude in thinking and acting;
• excellent skills in the Dutch language, both oral and written; 
• residing in the region is a plus 

• A good salary between € 5,000 and € 6,700 per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.

As an Estimator, you will have a role in new and already ongoing contracts, such as the ROK-VW contract for Rijkswaterstaat in the South of the Netherlands. For this, you will be involved in, among other things: 

• preparing (integral) budgets; 
• creating and maintaining project files; 
• determining suitable partners, together with the project managers; 
• requesting and evaluating quotes; 
• preparing schedules; 
• researching construction methods and/or construction phases; 
• interpreting requirements and regulations; 
• providing input for BKPV plans; 
• project control and risk management; 
• discussing work methods, planning, and associated costs with the project team; 
• handing over and advising the project team for the purpose of realization; 
• initiating alternatives and/or new processes; 
• providing input for engineering. 

You are enthusiastic and entrepreneurial and enjoy proactively sharing your expertise and ideas with your colleagues. Additionally, you are assertive, curious, and eager to further develop yourself. We are looking for a colleague with: 

• HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking, preferably with a degree in Civil Engineering;
