The role
Your role
As an assistant operations manager at VDL NSA Metaal in Veldhoven, you support the Operations Manager in organizing and coordinating activities within our production departments. You play an active role in achieving the production schedule and delivery dates, maintain an overview of projects and orders, and adjust where necessary. These are also your tasks:

- Holding work meetings with the team and the operations manager;
- Directing and guiding the team;
- Involving the Operations Manager in the event of machine malfunctions;
- Monitoring and complying with safety regulations, including making improvement proposals.
