Lead installation teams on challenging retail projects throughout the Netherlands. As a Mechanical Works Supervisor at Waterman, you are in control on the construction site and ensure that installation work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

You depart directly from home to your project, work in a dedicated team where colleagues support one another, and receive plenty of freedom to lead your projects successfully.

• Leading technicians and subcontractors at project locations

• Coordinating daily activities and monitoring the schedule

• Preparing work and ensuring materials are available on time

• Monitoring the quality, safety, and progress of the project

• Identifying and recording extra and reduced work

• Liaising with project management, clients, and other involved parties
