Are you an experienced Senior Work Preparer within electrical engineering and ready for a new challenge? As a Senior Electrical Work Preparer at HulstFlier, you are an important link within our residential construction projects. You connect engineering, work preparation, project management, and execution, ensuring that projects are well-prepared technically and organizationally.

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Work Preparer who can prepare projects independently, maintain an overview, and support colleagues through experience.

You will work on diverse medium-sized residential construction projects in the Zwolle region, ranging from apartment complexes to detached houses. Within these projects, you ensure that the electrical engineering preparation runs smoothly and that all parties involved have access to the correct information.

You maintain an overview, think ahead, and identify bottlenecks before they impact execution. Additionally, you are a technical point of contact for colleagues and contribute to improving work processes and collaboration within the team.

• Preparing and coordinating electrical installations within residential construction projects;

• Checking and assessing technical drawings, designs, and specifications;

• Coordinating with engineers, modelers, project leaders, technicians, and suppliers;

• Drafting and monitoring material planning, orders, and technical documentation;

• Monitoring progress, quality, and costs within work preparation;

• Identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks;

• Performing and checking cable calculations using available software;

• Applying current standards and guidelines, including NEN 1010;

• Guiding and supporting less experienced work preparers;

• Thinking along about improvements in work processes and technical execution.

You look beyond just your own tasks. You think along about how projects can be prepared smarter and more efficiently, keep an eye on the project result, and ensure that colleagues can collaborate effectively.

For this position, we are looking for someone who already has experience as a Senior Electrical Work Preparer. You are technically strong, know how to maintain an overview, and are used to taking responsibility within projects.
