To continue the growth within EPM, we are looking for a senior electrical technician for electrotechnical installations in commercial building, residential building, and renovation in South/Central Limburg.

As an experienced Senior Electrical Technician, you will work independently on medium-sized electrotechnical projects within new construction, renovation, and commercial building. You are responsible for the technical execution of the project on-site and ensure that the work is carried out safely, with quality, and according to schedule.

You will be part of a professional project team, consisting of, among others, project leaders, work preparers, engineers, drafters, and technicians. At the project location, you are an important point of contact for the installation team. You work independently, but actively seek collaboration with colleagues and other disciplines when necessary.

You maintain an overview, think ahead, and signal in a timely manner when adjustments need to be made. Where necessary, you direct fellow technicians and assistant technicians and guide them in the execution of the work. You ensure that the project is technically well-executed and bear responsibility for the result on the work floor.

• Independently executing and realizing medium-sized electrotechnical projects;

• Installing, setting up, and commissioning electrotechnical installations within new construction, renovation, and commercial building;

• Reading, interpreting, and checking technical drawings and diagrams;

• Directing, guiding, and supporting technicians and assistant technicians at the project location;

• Acting as the technical point of contact on the work floor;

• Monitoring the progress, quality, and execution of the work;

• Coordinating work with the project leader, work preparer, and other involved disciplines;

• Identifying technical bottlenecks and independently proposing solutions;

• Thinking along about more efficient working methods and improvements within the project;

• Checking whether materials and tools are available in a timely manner;

• Ensuring a safe, tidy, and professional working environment;

• Maintaining contact with customers and other parties at the project location when necessary.

With your experience, craftsmanship, and sense of responsibility, you ensure that medium-sized projects run smoothly technically from start to completion. You are someone who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and ensures that the installation team achieves a beautiful end result together.
