The role

Work on innovative lighting projects that make a visible impact. As an LED Lighting Project Leader at Lumeco, you will guide sustainable LED projects from design to completion and help organizations throughout the Netherlands save energy and become more sustainable.

What you'll do

Independently guiding LED lighting projects from preparation to completion
Establishing and monitoring project schedules
Coordinating execution teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Maintaining contact with customers throughout the project
Advising customers on technical and sustainable lighting solutions
Identifying commercial opportunities within existing relationships
Monitoring quality, safety, planning, and budget
Managing project risks and progress
Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing
Thinking along about process improvements within the organization
