Lead Mechanical Technician W in Haarlem

At Locas Installatietechniek, you get the space to do your craft well. You will work on mechanical installation projects and receive responsibility for your own work and team. We make clear agreements, but we do not constantly look over your shoulder.

Working from Haarlem, you will work on installation projects and collaborate with colleagues from execution, work preparation, and project management. The atmosphere is personal and convivial. Colleagues help each other and you are given the trust to make decisions independently.

And we also find it important to have fun together. For example, we do activities such as smashing cars and participating in the Viking Obstacle Run. Serious about the work, but not dead serious all day long.

• Space for training and development, including via the VDK Academy

• Opportunities to further develop yourself and take on more responsibility

• VDKnaken: the Alleo app, discounts on private insurance via Centraal Beheer, discounts on your groceries, and Corporate Benefits

• An informal and personal working atmosphere. We also enjoy doing fun things together, such as smashing cars and the Viking Obstacle Run

You are an experienced technician who enjoys taking responsibility. You like guiding colleagues, but you also do not hesitate to perform technical work yourself.
