Requirements
What we're looking for
At least a completed MBO-E education or TSI: Technicus Sterkstroom Installaties
Experience as a technician in electrotechnics
Leadership experience is a plus
Knowledge of lighting installations is a plus
Proactive and independent working attitude
Customer-friendly and representative
Driving license B or BE
At least 2.5 years of work experience in a similar position

The role
Do you want to use your technical skills for a more sustainable Netherlands? As a lead electrotechnical technician at Lumeco, you will manage projects that truly make a difference. You ensure everything runs smoothly - from installing lighting and electrotechnical installations to supervising your team on location.
What you'll do
You are responsible for the full execution of a project, during which you direct, coach, and train your colleagues. Additionally, you resolve faults independently. You do this in offices, industrial halls, schools, sports halls, and town halls. LED is your expertise. Because this innovative specialty goes much further than just 'changing light bulbs', it offers you a surprising amount of challenge. You get a lot of freedom and still have energy left at the end of the day. That makes your life brighter.
Installing lighting installations
Installing total electrotechnical installations (for example presence detection/ DALI systems)
Directing your project team on location
Resolving faults and commissioning installations
Maintaining project administration and creating reports
Identifying additional work and opportunities for follow-up projects
Thinking along and working on process improvement
