Contract Administrator

At Lotec, we are specialists in water treatment installations for, among others, municipal swimming pools, healthcare institutions, holiday parks, sports and wellness facilities, and exclusive private pools. With more than 350 satisfied customers in the Benelux, our installations and service have become indispensable in the world of professional swimming pools.

What once began as a small-scale plumbing company has grown into a stable and ambitious organization with over 70 colleagues, spread across three locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. And we continue to grow! That is why we are looking for a driven Contract Manager who wants to take responsibility for their own client group and maintenance contracts.

As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for your own client group and maintenance contracts. You actively maintain contact with customers and build long-term relationships. At the same time, you guide and support the technicians during maintenance and service activities. You are the fixed point of contact for both customers and technicians and ensure that agreements are met and work proceeds smoothly.

You independently carry out technical surveys or visit locations together with a technician. You assess the situation and translate your findings into a suitable quotation. In doing so, you advise customers on the maintenance, replacement, and possible improvements of their swimming pool installation.

Additionally, you manage and monitor maintenance contracts and MJOPs (Multi-Year Maintenance Plans). You ensure that these are up-to-date and practically feasible, and you monitor the planning, progress, and budget. You maintain an overview, coordinate where necessary, and ensure that the customer knows where they stand.

In short: you are the connecting link between the customer, the technicians, and Lotec, and you ensure that maintenance contracts are executed well from A to Z.

You have an MBO level of work and thinking. A technical background is a plus, but not a must. We find affinity with technology and the motivation to deepen your knowledge of swimming pool technology to be more important.

Furthermore, you are representative, service-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. These are qualities that make you an excellent ambassador for Lotec. Additionally, you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and—preferably—also Syntess.
