We are looking for a BIM modeller for our Engineering department. If you have experience and knowledge of HVAC installations, are at the start of your career, or are in the final stages of your studies, then this vacancy could be interesting for you!

Let us first introduce ourselves briefly. We, Klaver Klimaattechniek, provide sustainable climate solutions from advice and design to installation and service or maintenance of systems. As a climate specialist, we want to be the best in our field. Our team therefore puts its shoulder to the wheel every single day to get the job done, both independently and in a team. Due to diverse clients, projects, and techniques, no two days are the same with us. Our projects are primarily in Noord-Holland. Our clients include, for example, schools, healthcare institutions, but also the NS or the Action headquarters.

As an HVAC BIM modeller, you are responsible for modeling and developing mechanical installations in 3D models within a BIM environment. You work closely with engineers, project leaders, and other disciplines such as electrical installations and structural engineers to realize designs.

• Reading and assessing quotes, specifications, or programs of requirements

• Checking for feasibility and signaling deviations or inaccuracies in the specifications

• Developing a final design and ensuring working drawings are provided

• Conducting consultations with project management and work preparation

• Supporting various administrative and technical tasks

• Assessing, checking, drawing, and dimensioning HVAC installations in 3D models
