The role

Are you a BIM Modeller MEP and do you want to work on innovative residential construction projects? At Heating Service Installatie Techniek, you will ensure that installations are developed in 3D and align perfectly with practical application.

You form the link between engineering and execution, working together with project leaders, work preparers, and installers on sustainable installations within residential construction.

What you'll do

Modelling installations in 3D using Revit and StabiCad
Performing calculations and creating material lists
Coordinating drawings and models with installers and project management
Ensuring clear communication towards execution
Collaborating with project leaders and work preparers
Identifying improvements within design and engineering
Contributing to an efficient preparation of residential construction projects

What you bring

An MBO or HBO education in Installation Technology
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and StabiCad
Knowledge of pipe calculations and installations
Affinity with heat pumps is a plus
Driving license B
