As a Sprayer, you will spray premium DAF trucks, apply design livery, and make your customers happy with shiny trucks, sprayed in the corporate identity the customer desires. Completed MBO vocational training (for example, 1st or 2nd class automotive sprayer, supplemented with relevant courses and certificates) or a comparable level obtained through practical experience
Experience with color matching and the application of design work and livery.
2 to 5 years of work experience in spraying, preferably with trucks
Eye for detail, creativity, and a go-getter attitude
Technical insight and a desire to learn
Flexibility & result- and customer-orientedness
Collegial & friendly, in short, a true team player
Good command of the Dutch language
Driving license B (driving license C is an advantage)
Additionally, have you followed vocational training in, for example, advertising lettering, damage repair, or panel beating? If so, that is certainly a plus.
You match colors, mix paint according to the correct recipe, and manage the color database.
You spray trucks and parts in the desired color and corporate identity of our customers.
You disassemble and assemble parts and complete trucks and prepare them for spraying.
You treat trucks and parts with the correct non-paint products.
You apply – if applicable – design livery with precision and archive corporate identities.
You repair (screw) damage by spraying or replacing parts and perform panel repair, such as dent removal and straightening.
You assist in the rebuilding and adjusting of, for example, doors.
In this position, you work on premium trucks at the highest level. Not just individual parts, but complete cabs and cargo boxes that you finish to perfection. You disassemble both new and repaired damaged vehicles, bodies, and towed equipment, treat them with the correct products, and ensure they leave the workshop looking like new according to the desired corporate identity. Additionally, do you have experience with masking design livery? Then you offer clear added value.
