As a Junior Tax Advisor International Tax Services, you work for clients from the larger SME sector who are mostly active internationally, or for foreign multinational clients with activities in the Netherlands. You identify points for advice and you have a leading role in the development of high-quality tax advice regarding, for example, foreign investments, restructurings, financing, transfer pricing, or employee participation plans.

A glimpse of your tasks:

• You advise clients on international tax issues, including tax treaties, transfer pricing, foreign tax systems, corporate structures, and international tax compliance;

• You advise and assist in the design and implementation of international corporate structures and restructurings to optimize tax efficiency and meet business needs;

• You maintain contact with your clients, the tax authorities, and intermediaries from the HLB network;

• You assess annual accounts for tax aspects and, if necessary, take on your role as an advisor in this regard;

• You monitor the quality of the work of the Tax Advisory Associates.
