What will you be doing?
As Branch Manager, you are the face of the Opel branch in Tilburg. You lead a driven team of sales advisors, service advisors, and mechanics, working together to achieve great results. You maintain the overview, adjust where necessary, and ensure that everyone gets the best out of themselves. You think strategically, identify opportunities in the market, and seize them with both hands.

Your responsibilities include

• Leading the team and ensuring a positive, welcoming work culture;

• Achieving commercial results and managing the KPIs;

• Optimizing processes and always striving for the best customer satisfaction;

• Identifying opportunities in the market and actively contributing to the growth of the branch;

• Thinking strategically about the further development of the branch and of Van Mossel.

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector (commercial or aftersales);

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Demonstrable experience with leadership and achieving objectives;

• The drive to achieve results and take a team to a higher level.
