Sales Advisor in Amsterdam

As a sales advisor, you are the face of our showroom. You guide customers in a professional, personal, and engaged manner during the purchase of a new or used car. With your knowledge, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness, you know how to translate customer wishes into a suitable offer and ensure an optimal customer experience from the first contact through to delivery.

You will join a close-knit and professional team where collaboration, quality, and customer satisfaction are central.

In this position, you are responsible for the entire sales process and for building sustainable customer relationships. You ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives excellent assistance.

Your responsibilities include

• Actively approaching, advising, and guiding customers;

• Professionally presenting and selling new and used cars;

• Preparing, following up on, and closing quotes and sales files;

• Identifying commercial opportunities within the market;

• Working closely with colleagues to optimize the customer experience.

You already have a solid foundation in sales and/or the automotive industry and know how to achieve commercial results while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and know how to build trust with different types of customers.
