Lease Advisor

Are you commercially minded, do you get energy from customer contact, and do you see opportunities where others might miss them? Do you enjoy providing excellent advice to existing customers, building relationships, and achieving commercial results at the same time? Then we are looking for you!

As a Lease Advisor, you are an important link within the commercial team. You are the point of contact for existing customers and ensure that they are well assisted and provided with appropriate advice at the right moment. You think along with them regarding their mobility needs, actively follow up on quotes and contracts, and know how to convert commercial opportunities into results.

No two days are the same. You have a lot of contact with new and existing customers. You are continuously engaged in maintaining and further developing new and existing relationships.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Managing existing customer relationships and acting as a fixed point of contact;

• Proactively approaching existing and potential customers;

• Assessing customer needs by telephone and translating these into appropriate advice;

• Recognizing commercial opportunities and taking independent action on them;

• Processing new requests, preparing quotes and lease contracts, and actively following up on these;

• Identifying and following up on expiring lease contracts and advising on renewal or replacement;

• Processing and following up on contract amendments;

• Advising customers on current market developments, such as prices, brands, and specifications;

• Carefully and up-to-date maintaining customer files, financial information, and communication;

• Achieving your personal sales targets and making a positive contribution to the collective team result.

You work closely with your direct colleagues and other departments. Together, you ensure that the customer is optimally served.

You are someone who does not wait around, but prefers to take initiative, and you are not afraid to simply pick up the phone to consult with customers. You enjoy engaging in conversation with customers, ask the right questions, and know how to respond well to what a customer needs without losing sight of the company's interests.

Additionally:

• Do you work accurately and do you find it important that your administration is in order;

• Are you result-oriented, but never lose sight of the customer relationship in the process;

• Can you work well independently, but also actively seek collaboration with colleagues;

• Do you switch easily between different customers, tasks, and situations;

• Do you have an affinity with automotive, leasing, or mobility? Experience within the leasing industry is a plus, but not a must.
