Experience in the car damage industry, for example as a Branch Manager, Damage Manager, Workshop Manager, or Estimator;
Leadership experience or the ambition to grow further in this area;
You can easily switch between different teams and branches;
You are independent, flexible, and maintain an overview;
Driving license B.

The role
What you'll do
As a Flex Branch Manager, you lead the team at the branch where you are currently working. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly, maintain oversight of planning and results, and work together with the team to ensure satisfied customers.
You are responsible for, among other things:
The daily management and guidance of the team;
Planning, quality, and customer satisfaction;
Achieving the agreed results;
Identifying where things can be done better or smarter;
Temporarily taking over leadership when this is necessary.
Because you support different branches, no week is the same. You will get to know many colleagues and gain a good overview of our entire car damage organization.
Flex Branch Manager Car Damage
Do you have the responsibility of a Branch Manager, but are specifically looking for more variety?
For Van Mossel Autoschade, we are looking for multiple Flex Branch Managers for various regions in the Netherlands. This means you will work within your own region, but will be flexibly deployable across multiple Van Mossel Autoschade branches.
For example, you step in when a Branch Manager is absent, support a branch during a busy period, or temporarily take leadership when necessary.
